A take on Jeff Foxworthy’s, “You Might Be A Redneck”

You might be a republican if you…

– believe that the cause of the earth warming and animals becoming extinct has nothing to do with what humans are doing.

-believe that your government would never lie to you, so everything that they said happened on September 11th is the   God  given truth.

– believe that a pregnant mother has no right to choose, and that the American adoption agencies are capable of handling all of the unwanted babies.

-believe that an innocent man on death row must die because the courts said  he is guilty.

-believe that the British Sailor’s confessed to being in Iranian waters because they were tortured, but POW’s/Hostage’s  held by Americans who confess would only do so because they are guilty.

-believe that people who are poor or even homeless are that way because they are not driven, and only want a handout.

-believe that any war our government decides to become involved with is for the benefit of the United States and all of its people.

– believe your gay neighbor’s can’t marry, because then your other neighbor can marry his dog. Not only that,  your  marriage would some how be less valuable.

-believe that legalized medical marijuana would give kids a message that drug use is ok, but drinking beer during the football game isn’t sending any messages at all.

-believe that tougher gun restrictions means that you won’t be able to shoot anymore beer cans off of the fence or go hunting with the hunting club.

And last but not least, you might be a republican if you think Fox news is fair and balanced journalism.

  1. Bobby says:

FOX NEWS; blah! Remember when Oprah first came on, and a number of so called talk shows tried to follow in her footsteps and then it things just got nasty. Jerry Springer, Ricki Lake, and so on….CNN was out on its own, and then competitive cable networks began to produce their own version of the “news”. Same premise. CNN will be around for the long run; and these other so called news organizations will lose INTELLIGENT viewers. Just my “view”. :o)

  2. Manymeez says:

so much agree! the good ol’days, where have they gone?
