Stop-n-Switch

Posted: May 30, 2008 in All, Blogroll, child abuse, Life, rants

A little girl, as cute as her name. Innocent and new. But from the very beginning, she would learn that her life would not be her own.

No, Stop, You Can’t, Ugly, Bad, Come Here, That Wasn’t So Bad Was It?, slap, sting, lick….

Stop-n-Switch

Same little girl, still ever so cute….different name.

The lights go out, the flags go up. She always knew nothing good ever happens in the night.

Bad, Bad, Evil, Evil, Yell, Yell…..don’t you fucking tell!!!

Flashing lights, rhythmic voices come and go as naturally as day and night. Little girls’ laughs, suddenly buried in the white dress and all….

No, Stop, You Can’t, Ugly, Bad, Come Here, That Wasn’t So Bad Was It?, slap, sting, lick….

Stop-n-Switch

Same little girl, now with the name of a boy and mad as hell. He holds all the anger that the world could ever offer. But you can’t hurt him…no sir!

Long black nails, lashing forward. It’s all in with natures rhythms, but the good becomes bad and the other way around.

Bad, Bad, Evil, Evil, Yell, Yell…..don’t you fucking tell!!!

She will never amount to a damn thing…she knows this to be true cause she was only told a million and one times. She is a fuck up, and nothing can ever be done the right way.

Stop-n-switch

Same little girl, pretending to be all grown up. She can take on any man…and turn him to putty right between her fingers. No pain will ever matter, cause now she is in control.

No, Stop, You Can’t, Ugly, Bad, Come Here, That Wasn’t So Bad Was It?, slap, sting, lick….

But the lies were fought hard, the battle was a long one….and now? The little girl, all grown up… is one.

But still, the voice whispers: Bad, Bad, Evil, Evil, Yell, Yell…..don’t you fucking tell!!!

I say, tell’em… Go Fuck Yourself!!!

listen to the lyrics only….this is a survivor’s anthem!!!  go M.E.

I’m still working on this…but this is what I have so far. All women are incredible!

Just beyond her melting breast
lies the beat of all nations.

la mujer

Behind those fluttering eyes
are the souls of a million angels.

la femme

In her stride
is every parade ever marched.

die Frau

And those lips, oh those lips
they have the power to seduce
all into peace.

la donna

In her silky skin,
lies the map to the heart of the
world.

de vrouw

At the meeting of her thighs
is the birth of humanity.

a mulher

In a moment of time,
her embrace could right every wrong.

the woman

Her laugh is the song of every bird that’s ever flown.

The woman holds the keys
that could unlock all the worlds fortunes….

she just has to believe.

written at stop lights and smoke breaks….

Annoyance

Today, the side
of my
ass ached.
I moaned, and
thought
of you….

Speeding

vicious cycling
round-n-round
it goes
eyes close
mouths open
souls crushing
on top
of
the
other

US

Hats off,
Gloves on.
People are.
NOT!
Hearts closed,
Souls afloat.
More often
than not.

For Sale

The lady standing there
big smiles, big eyes and
a wave.
She holds a sign….

CASH FOR GOLD

The people
in their hurrying cars,
some throw a wave
or even a smile back.
I laugh inside myself,
cause I know
the value of a
friendly face,
even if it’s just
for pay.

reflection

Days are consumed, and if
you must know
my nights too
with the breath
of your soul
burning mine.

A decade

Bait, switch
yes, no
today is not yesterday.
maybe tomorrow.
biding….

holding the thread
waiting
for her to come
to me
and spin her web.

my corners are dark and cold.
the walls are crumbling.

she comes.
spinning….
WAIT!
it’s too bright out!

back, forth
hot, cold
maybe tomorrow.
today is not tomorrow.

I try

Love surrounds me
Yet
I still feel….
empty.

Not knowing
how to hold it,
I try
but I’m lost.

Love, when I was young
was uncertain
Making love a stranger
to my soul.

I try
but it won’t let me go.
loneliness,
an old and loyal friend.

the raindrop

a gentle
raindrop
travels from
here to there
on a hot summer night
bringing life
to that of the needing,
with open arms.
